About the work

A photographer's eye, wherever the work takes me

The projects above are real ones: weddings, brand shoots, homes and buildings, portraits, families, live events and exhibitions. Some were made ten minutes from home in Whangārei. Others took me out to Kerikeri, Waipū, Mangawhai and Matakana, or south to Auckland.

I don't force a single "look" onto everything. A wedding in Waipū asks for something different than a commercial campaign, an architectural walkthrough or a family session on the beach, and I like it that way. What stays the same is how I work: calm on the day, genuinely interested in the people and places in front of me, and careful with the final edit.

Where are you based, and where do you travel?

I'm based in Whangārei and work throughout Northland, including Kerikeri, Waipū, Mangawhai and Matakana, and regularly travel to Auckland and the rest of New Zealand. If your shoot is further afield, just ask; travel is usually easy to arrange.
