The space simply needs to look its best, tidy, styled and clutter-free, with any finishing touches in place. I'll send guidance before the shoot, and for larger projects we can plan it room by room.
It depends on the light and the look you're after. I plan the timing around natural light and, where relevant, the stage of completion, so the space is shown at its best.
Usage is set out clearly in your quote. Where a project involves an architect, designer or agent, I'm happy to arrange shared or extended usage so everyone involved can use the images, just let me know who needs them.
